I was looking for vegetarian confinement soup and i happen to saw is available at foodart store.

I choose to buy this 60 confinement soup because i have drink foodart bazhen soup before and it was taste good. Thus without hesitate, i buy this 60 day confinement soup.

Well, this review was written after i drink 20 days of the boil herbs. First of all, the packaging was very premium and nicely pack with detail instructions and the benefit of the soup was written there for mommy to see. Is very nice packaging and easy to cook, which just need to put water and the herbs into slow cooker and wait for it. The non cook version also very cute and is more easy, you just need to add hot water to the free tumbler from this package.

Bout the taste, it was abit bitter for me. Which different from what i expect that it wont bitter because i tried their bazhen soup, its really very nice. However, i understand 苦口良药。For me, the taste still acceptable. Also there is some days of soup is sweet one. Not everyday is bitter. But most important it help to replenish back the nutrients that your body need after deliver.

After you purchase, they will ask for the delivery date. So maybe you can order in advance to avoid delay. Also when i check out, it was in SGD instead of MYR, even though is written in MYR. You may ask customer service before make payment.

Lastly, I personally think this soup package provide the nutrients that are required by mommy after deliver especially for vegetarian mommy. Is a good choice to consider.

So far all the herbs from day 1 have been incredible yummy! Initially I was worried I couldn't bear with the herbs but suprisingly the taste is very good even without adding any seasoning. The portion is big! I can drink from morning to evening, my mum loves the freshness of each herbs, especially the ingredients, and all are well packed in individual bags, so easy for the person who cook and prepare the confinement meal. I like the fact that the soup is eadible at anytime of the day, usually I drink it while I have my breakfast, and it taste good even up to dinner time. I am satisfied with the quality of the first month herbal soups, and I look forward to drink my 2nd month of confinement tea. Oh ya, I must mention that the service provided by food art team is excellent too, they provide great solutions to every questions I have asked, especially when my baby jaundice is high and I am not sure what to do, whether to prioritize my herbs or drink it later, the team from food art have helped me to solve my worries. Thanks for taking care of me and my baby needs! Appreciate your support during my confinement.
