Trade In & Refresh Your Ritual
Because You Deserve Care, Too
We know your FoodArt soup flask has been with you through busy mornings, late work nights, weekend getaways, and everything in between. Maybe it’s scratched, dented or doesn’t keep your soup warm like it used to.
That’s okay. You’ve cared for it, now let us care for you.
We’re offering a brand new FoodArt soup flask, completely free.
Just bring in your old, well-loved or damaged flask and we will exchange it for the same model.
Fresh and ready to support your next chapter of rituals and recovery.
This is for You if

How it Works

What happens next
You’ve done your part, now let us handle the rest.
Once your old soup flask reaches our facility, we will begin the recycling process. We carefully separate usable parts, remove any unsafe components, and ensure it’s handled with responsibility and not sent to landfill.
Because here’s the truth: most curbside recycling programs can’t process stainless steel bottles. That means many flasks end up in the trash, even when people try to recycle them. But not with us.
So rest easy. You’ve made a conscious choice for your health and for the planet.
Enjoy your new FoodArt soup flask knowing it’s part of a bigger cycle. One that honours both your rituals and the Earth we live on!

Frequently Asked Questions
Because we want you to feel supported, every step of the way.
Is the new soup flask really free?
Yes, completely. No hidden fees, no purchase required. This program is our way of thanking you for being part of the FoodArt community and caring for your wellness rituals all this time.
Can I bring in a soup flask that’s not badly damaged?
If your soup flask is old, used often, or just doesn’t keep things warm anymore, bring it in. This program is for soup flasks that are no longer serving you well. We’ll take a look and guide you with care.
I have two old soup flasks. Can I trade both?
This program is limited to one trade-in per customer so everyone gets a chance to be cared for. You’re welcome to check in with us again in the future.
Do I need proof of purchase?
No receipt needed. We trust our community. If you’ve been using a FoodArt soup flask, we will take your word for it.
Do I need to clean the soup flask before I bring it in?
Yes, if possible. A quick rinse would be appreciated! But don’t worry about making it spotless, we understand it’s been loved and used.
Where can I trade in my soup flask?
You can visit any official FoodArt stores. We recommend WhatsApping or DMing us first, just to make sure stock is available at your preferred location.
Can I ship my soup flask to you instead of going to a store?
Right now, this program is in-store only. We want to make the process smooth and personal!
Why does FoodArt care so much about this?
Because to us, it’s never just about a flask. It’s about how you feel using it – the little moment of warmth in your day, the habit that grounds you, the ritual that brings you back to yourself.
What happens to my old soup flask after I give it to you?
We recycle it responsibly. Stainless steel can’t be processed by most curbside programs so we make sure it doesn’t end up in landfill. Every flask is sorted, separated, and recycled with care.
What if I lost the lid or parts of the soup flask?
No worries. As long as it’s clear that the soup flask was used and is no longer fully functional, we’ll still accept it, even if parts are missing. Your effort to return it still matters.
My soup flask is stained inside, is that okay?
Totally okay. Stains, scratches, and signs of wear are normal with love and time. Bring it in, we see it as proof of a well-lived ritual.
Can someone trade it in on my behalf?
Preferably, we’d love to see you in person but if someone is helping you out, just make sure they know which soup flask to bring, and we’ll take care of the rest.
What if I got the soup flask as a gift, can I still join?
Absolutely. Whether you bought it or received it, it’s still yours and we’re still here for you.
Is this a limited-time program?
Yes, it's limited to one month only. Based on the response, we would consider continuing it long-term, because we truly believe in creating rituals that last and giving your tools the care you deserve.
For now, we recommend reaching out before visiting, just in case the stocks are temporarily unavailable.
Can I choose the color of my new soup flask?
We will replace your old flask with currently new flask randomly based on availability. Either way, it will be a clean, fresh start for your ritual.
Can I trade in a non-FoodArt flask?
This program is exclusively for FoodArt soup flasks to ensure proper replacements and recycling.
Is the Soup Flask Care Program available in all countries?
Right now, this program is only available in Singapore and Malaysia. We're starting close to home so we can offer the best care and support.
What if I already threw away my old soup flask? Can I still join?
We totally understand, sometimes we let go before we know something better is coming. However, this program is specifically for returning used FoodArt soup flasks, so you will need to bring your old one in to be eligible.
I’m not sure if my soup flask is eligible. What should I do?
If you're unsure, just DM or WhatsApp us a photo of your soup flask and our team will guide you with care. We’re here to make this easy and supportive for you.
What if my soup flask still works, but I just want a fresh one?
This program is created with care for those whose soup flasks are no longer functioning properly only. Whether it’s not keeping heat, has damage, or feels unsafe to use.
