I don't like this 7-to-me soup as much as the other ones like 八珍姐 etc. It doesn't taste as nice and seems to be more dilute than others, although it's supposed to have more ingredients. I still like to drink soup in general and like the convenience of making personal portion that this shop offers.

This 7 day soup got real ingredients which one can eat, gd to pour into a bowl to drink 😋 I personally prepare it before I go to sleep and drink first thing in the morning. There after I would still continue add hot water for 2-3 times, though diluted but I’m ok with it. So I can drink the whole day actually, one day one packet 😅 my fave are 何首烏 and Aligo, one for hair, one for vitality 😜

Like the content in this package as there are certain whole items in the soup pack which I cab eat like mushroom, red date etc. I guess a mass production that enable us to get a cheaper price offer from the seller would be a great deal for all. 😋
This is really good! The taste the smell & most important its easy to prepare!
Third week of trying the Seven2me soups. It is very convenient, I put the contents into the thermal flask, add water 300-400ml and wait 2hrs to drink. You can refill again with more hot water but the soup is blend compared to first round. Usually after first round, max add 100ml more and discard the content. I feel good after trying out the soups, not as bloated as before as well. I like the mix as you can have a different flavour daily.
Taste Good... but need to prepare 2hours in advance... Will be good if can cut short waiting time...
