A Gentle Reminder

This product uses natural herbs. If the sachet feels slightly moist, it is normal and does not affect quality.

Results may vary depending on individual constitution. Please consult a healthcare professional if you have medical concerns.

1. Will【ESSENCEQI】cause internal heat or "heatiness"?
No. The formula is gentle. Key herbs like Radix Astragali and Codonopsis are effective in replenishing qi without being overly warming. Combined with yin-nourishing herbs like lily bulb, Dwarf Lilyturf Tuber, and Rhizoma Polygonati, it supports the body without causing internal heat under normal use.

2. What if I experience bloating, sticky stools, or a thick, greasy tongue coating after drinking it?
These may be signs of internal dampness. In such cases, we recommend consuming【DAMPLEESY】first to support the spleen and eliminate excess dampness. Once digestion improves, you can resume replenishing qi. Supplementing too early may burden digestion and hinder absorption.

3. Can breastfeeding mothers drink【ESSENCEQI】?
Yes, but with caution. Observe your baby closely. If the baby shows signs of restlessness, rashes, or heatiness, consider stopping or reducing the intake to once every 2–3 days. If already consuming other tonic soups, avoid over-supplementation.

⚠️ For safety, it is not recommended for breastfeeding mothers to drink it frequently and in large quantities.

4. Does【ESSENCEQI】help with sleep or anxiety?
【ESSENCEQI】primarily supports qi and digestion. It contains calming herbs like lily bulb, poria cocos, and lotus seed, which may aid sleep and ease mild fatigue-related insomnia. However, it is not specifically formulated for treating anxiety or sleep disorders.

5. Can people with high blood pressure drink【ESSENCEQI】?
Generally yes. However, if you have symptoms of internal heat such as constipation, dry mouth, or excess eye discharge, it’s best to stop intake and focus on clearing heat first. Hypertensive individuals should consume this before meals and monitor their body’s response.

6. Is this suitable for people going through menopause?
Yes. Many menopausal symptoms are linked to qi and yin deficiencies, fatigue, and emotional instability. Drinking this 2–3 times a week can help restore energy and regulate the body.
