1. Is【BAZHENJIE】only suitable for women?
Not at all. While【BAZHENJIE】is commonly used by women for menstrual and blood nourishment, it is also suitable for men—especially those experiencing Qi and blood deficiency, low energy, or a pale complexion. It can be taken as part of regular wellness support.

2. Is【BAZHENJIE】suitable for women going through menopause?
Yes.【BAZHENJIE】can help improve physical resilience and replenish Qi and blood for women experiencing cold hands and feet, fatigue, and other menopausal symptoms.
However, if symptoms like hot flashes or irritability are present, it’s advisable to reduce the frequency or pause consumption temporarily.

3. Can【BAZHENJIE】be consumed during pre-conception or while trying to conceive?
Yes.【BAZHENJIE】is especially beneficial when taken on Day 5 to Day 8 after menstruation, helping to strengthen the body and potentially improve fertility readiness.
However, once pregnancy is confirmed, it should be discontinued immediately to avoid interfering with prenatal care.

4. Can breastfeeding mothers drink【BAZHENJIE】?
Yes, but with caution. Observe your baby closely. If the baby shows signs of restlessness, rashes, or heatiness, consider stopping or reducing the intake to once every 2–3 days. If already consuming other tonic soups, avoid over-supplementation.
⚠️ For safety, it is not recommended for breastfeeding mothers to drink it frequently and in large quantities.

5. Does【BAZHENJIE】help with anemia or constipation?
【BAZHENJIE】may help with mild anemia and digestive function. Ingredients like black dates and licorice root can gently nourish the spleen and support the digestive system.
However, for moderate to severe anemia, it’s essential to seek medical treatment and confirm the condition through blood tests.

6. Can individuals with high blood pressure or uterine fibroids take【BAZHENJIE】?
For those with high blood pressure,【BAZHENJIE】may be taken in small amounts occasionally (no more than twice per week), while monitoring your body’s response.
